Miley Cyrus is turning into one wise pop star. On Thursday's episode of The Tonight Show, the singer that has made a wild-child image for herself had some advice for fellow pop star Justin Bieber: quit partying across the USA and just party at home, man.
"You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble, and party at your house," she said. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."
